One side or two?
1 side prints your design on the front. 2 sides prints the front and the back, both at the size you chose — the same design twice, or two different designs.

What is the minimum order?
100 pcs per design.
How is the price worked out?
The price per piece includes the bag and the printing. It depends on the bag size, the printing option, one or two sides, and the quantity — the more you order, the lower the price per piece. Choose your options on the product page to see the exact total.
Does the price include shipping?
No. The price includes the bag and the printing. Delivery is charged per carton of bags (100 per carton; 50 for large canvas bags), and our customer service confirms the delivery fee with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Self-collection from our Kuala Lumpur office is free, and you can pay for it straight away at checkout.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. Choose “Overseas delivery” at checkout, or send us your order on WhatsApp — we reply with the delivery fee to your country before you pay. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer on arrival.
Should I choose silk screen or full colour?
Choose silk screen for logos and text in 1–3 solid colours. Choose full colour for photos, gradients or artwork with many colours.
Can you print on both sides?
Yes. Choose “2 sides (front & back)”. Both sides use the printing option you chose, with the same design or two different designs.
Can you match my brand colour?
For silk screen, choose one of our standard ink colours, or choose “Other Pantone colour” and give us the Pantone code.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send you a digital proof after you order, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Production takes 7 days, counted from the day all your artwork is confirmed (proof approved). Shipping time is extra. Need them sooner? WhatsApp our customer service before ordering.
How do I send my artwork?
Upload it at checkout, or later from your order page — you can replace it until you approve the proof.
What artwork file should I send?
AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or PNG/JPG at 300 dpi. Not ready? Tick “Need design help?” and our team will contact you.

Words you might see

| Non-woven | Fabric made by bonding plastic (polypropylene) fibres together instead of weaving them. Light and low-cost. |
| gsm | Grams per square metre — how heavy the fabric is. A higher number means a thicker bag. |
| oz (canvas) | Canvas weight in ounces. A higher number means thicker, sturdier canvas. |
| Gusset | The extra panel at the base (and sides) that lets the bag open up and stand, so it holds boxes and bulky items. |
| Sewn | The bag panels are stitched together. |
| Pantone | A standard colour-matching system. Give us a Pantone code and we match your brand colour. |
| Minimum order | The smallest quantity we can print: 100 pcs per design. |
